It is a 500 sq.m. villa with an infinity pool, 6 bedrooms, 6 ensuite bathrooms. It consists of 3 floors and can sleep up to 12 people. The newly constructed (2020) villa is just a few steps away from Agios Fokas Beach.

Villa Siren will be your ultimate relaxation and luxury lodging, from the elegant entrance doors and the island-ish style interior to the cleverly-lit pathways across the surrounding garden and the pool area. 

On the ground floor, you will find a double ensuite bedroom, the spacious living room and the wide-benched fully equipped kitchen. The large and elegant living room will provide a sense of comfort and relaxation, especially when marveling at the views from its wide-open windows. The living room as well as the bedroom opens onto the pool area, where you may spend romantic days staring out at the Aegean Sea and enjoy your sunset-themed dinners with your closest friends or relatives.

Moving on to the 1st floor level, you will find 3 ensuite, luxury, double-bed bedrooms (2 king-size and 1 queen-size), each with its own unique point of sea view. Also, the Master bedroom on the first floor opens to a private balcony, while the other two bedrooms open to a shared one. All ensuite double bedrooms are equipped with wooden furniture consisting of exquisite minimalism, and have premium-grade mattresses, linens, and pillows. Note that there’s a staircase connecting all floor levels.

There are 2 more ensuite bedrooms which are located on the lower floor level, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, right next to the villa’s private gym. The fitness room is equipped with TRX, pilates ball, boxing bag, weights, Powerplate and much more.

Probably the outdoors will be the area with which you will certainly fall in love. This is because it is what distinguishes Villa Siren with its outdoor spaces with the surrounding garden, the infinity swimming pool, the spacious sitting area, and the dining area. The villa is equipped with various sitting spaces that are built in harmony with the natural landscape and spectacular views that will take your breath away. Have your lunch at the dining area, enjoy the sunset with your friends and loved ones and gaze at the stars by the pool or at the nearby beach!
