Nearby the property, there is also a historically significant paved old footpath that starts from the port and leads to some magnificently untouched villages in the mainlands. These walks can lead people from the house to the first village in 30 minutes.

Naturally ventilated and environmentally friendly, indoors are cool in summer and warm in winter.
The spacious outdoor areas surround the infinity walk-in swimming pool, which invites you for a refreshing dip in the crystal clear waters.
The expansive poolside area features sunbeds as well as seating and dining areas with quality furnishing, such as the impressive marble table under the pergola.

The Villa develops on three levels, has four bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight persons.
The Ground Floor includes a living room, a dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a guest W.C.
The Upper Floor consists of the master bedroom, en-suite bathroom, and a large veranda for fabulous views of the sunsets or bright night skies.
On Lower Ground Floor, there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, one bedroom with twin single beds (that can be joined together to form a double bed) and one more separate bathroom. Finally, there is a room with two single beds also serving as playroom (this room is like an entrance room to the lower ground floor double bedroom and is suitable for the whole family).

Villa’s amenities/services: LCD Satellite TV, internet Wi-Fi access, artworks, Cocomat mattresses, built BBQ, parking spaces.
Other services included: Guide/escort from Tinos port to the villa upon arrival, cleaning service and change of linen/towels twice per week (or more often, optionally, at an extra cost).
