Pricing 

Which is the cost of a villa rental?
In some cases, you can see the daily rates per season at the villa’s main webpage. Some rates however, are provided upon request (in most of the times, within 24 hours after you've filled the Request Form).
 
Can I pay with a credit card?
Paying online with a credit card is not an option. You can for your bookings only via bank transfers, directly to the owner’s bank account.
 
Do I need to pay for a deposit or in advance for a villa’s booking?
If something else is not agreed upon at the time you make the booking, the booking procedure follows like this:
When you make the booking, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the property rental to secure the booking. The balance must be paid at least four weeks before the date of check-in. If the booking is made less than four weeks before the date of check-in, the total property rental amount, must be paid. If both parties (the owner and the vacationer) haven’t signed the rental agreement and the owner hasn’t received the deposit, the booking is not considered as confirmed.
 
Do I pay a damage deposit for breakages and damage?
Yes, a damage deposit is required. The amount you have to pay is mentioned to you beforehand, while it will be also stated in the rental agreement. The damage deposit is often transferred along with the final payment, or, in other cases, paid in cash upon arrival, before your check-in at the villa. The damage deposit will be refunded to you (the same way it was paid) at the end of your stay, minus any breakages or damage to the property.
 
Is there an option to cancel my booking at fabtinosvillas.gr?
Depending on the villa, different Cancellation Policy schemes are applied.
We will inform you of the cancellation policy of the villa of your choice, when getting back to you after your request is received. The cancellation policy will be also stated in the rental agreement.
 
Does the rate include taxes?
Taxes and fees are included in all rates quoted. 
 
Servives / Facilities
 
What is included with the villa?
Bed linens and bath towels will be provided. Crockery, cutlery, cooking equipment and utensils, oven, fridge and, in most cases, dishwasher and washing machine are included.
Additional services are included, depending on the villa.


I would like to request a baby cot. Will I be charged extra?
In most cases, a baby cot can be offered (no extra cost).

Are pets allowed in a villa?
Please ask us concerning the pet policy of the villa of your interest.
 
Am I entitled to make a special request?
You should fill the relative field (“Comments, questions and special requests”) of the Request Form to make a special request.

Which is the minimum required duration of a rental?
The minimum duration of a villa rental is 5 overnight stays, however, in some cases, a minimum rental of 7 overnight stays is required. 
There is flexibility concerning the day of arrival.
 
What are the arrival and departure times?
Check-in/check-out hours, in almost all villas, are from 2:30 p.m. on the check-in date and until 10 a.m. on the day of the check-out. Earliest check-in/Latest check-out times will be also stated in the rental agreement.
 
I want the villa owner’s phone number and/or email address. How can I find them?
The owners’ personal information is confidential before booking. The booking procedure is undertaken by fabtinosvillas.gr
 
Is there a way of finding the location of the villa?
At the bottom of the villa’s main webpage, there is the villa’s location Google Map pin.

Are there directions to the villa?
Most of our villas’ rentals include the guests’ escort from Tinos port to the villa.
If there is not such service in the rental agreement, detailed directions to the villa’s destination will be provided to you.
